Guoyuan Township, belonging to Dongxiang Autonomous County, Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province, is located in the southeast of the county, covering an area of 68.24 square kilometers. At the end of 2008, there were 2900 agricultural households with 14635 people.
