History of construction

In May 1984, Xinhua Road street was established.

In September 2001, the original 20 neighborhood committees were merged and adjusted into six community neighborhood committees, namely, changrongli, changhuali, changwenli, jinhuili, jinyangli and Jinguli.

In July 2006, changwenli community was divided into Guilin road sub district, jinhuili, jinyangli and Jinguli communities were divided into Jinchuan road sub district, changtaili community was added, and then merged into changrongli, changhuali and changtaili communities.
