Xin'an in Baodi District borders Ji County in Tianjin in the north and Yutian County in Hebei in the northeast. There are 31446 permanent residents (in 2017), covering an area of 85120.9 mu. There are 52 administrative villages with roads and Beijing Shenyang Expressway. The agriculture is mainly chicken raising, and the industry is more developed with plastics.

Economic overview

In 2006, they realized economic benefits of 780000 yuan, completed tax revenue of 2.3 million yuan, and the benefits increased year by year. The two completed projects in the industrial functional zone have absorbed 737800 yuan per mu of land; the two projects under construction have absorbed 661700 yuan per mu of land; the three projects planned to achieve 787500 yuan per mu of land, with a high amount of land investment. The development situation is good. There are five projects under discussion in the industrial functional zone, with an intended investment of 169 million yuan.
