Chengguan town belongs to Minquan County, Shangqiu City, Henan Province, and is located near the government of Chengguan town. With an area of 90 square kilometers and cultivated land of 80000 mu, it has jurisdiction over 28 village committees, one sub district office, 13 neighborhood committees, and a total population of 106000. It is a comprehensive town integrating urban and rural areas.

In 2005, the GDP reached 1.3 billion yuan, and the fiscal revenue exceeded 10 million yuan. In the province's comprehensive strength evaluation, it was rated as one of the top 100 towns in social and economic comprehensive strength, ranking 22nd in the province, with 80000 mu of cultivated land.
