Quluhai Township
Quluhai Township, subordinate to Yining County, Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the northeast of Yining County, adjacent to awulia Township in the East, youth farm in the southeast, yuqunwang Hui Township in the south, molotohuzi Township in the west, Bole City in Bortala Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture in the North, with a total administrative area of 93.96 square kilometers.
In 1950, it was divided into ten districts; in August 1984, it was changed to Luhai township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Qu Lu Hai township was 13503. In 2019, quluhai Township governs six administrative villages.
