Jimusar Town, belonging to jimusar County, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the south of jimusar county. It intersects ERGONG town in the East, Dayou Township and Xindi Township in the south, qingyanghu Township in the West and Beiting town in the north. The area is 38.45 square kilometers. In 2018, 28601 people registered residence.

In 1772, Kaian city was built. In 1894, Fuyuan city was built. In 1946, Beiting town was established. In 1950, it belonged to the first district. In 1956, jimusar town was established. In 1959, it was changed into a town commune. In 1965, the town was restored. In October 2019, Jimusaer town governs 10 communities and 6 administrative villages.
