Hutubi Town, belonging to Hutubi County, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the middle of the county. It is connected with Yuanhu town in the East, South and North, and Wugongtai town in the West. The area is 13 square kilometers. In 2018, 40720 people registered residence.

In 1764, Jinghua City was built. In 1950, the first district (Chengguan District) was set up. In 1956, Hutubi town was established. In 1958, it was changed into urban commune. In 1965, Hutubi town was restored. In October 2019, Hutubi town governs 16 communities.
