Jiuyunjie Town, subordinate to Fukang City, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the southwest of the city. It is adjacent to Sangonghe Kazakh nationality township in the East, South and North, and borders liuyunhu farm and Chengguan town of the seventh Sixth Agricultural Division in the West. In 1950, it was divided into two districts. In 1958, it became Tianchi commune. In 1983, it was renamed Jiuyun Street commune. In 1984, it was jiuyunjie township.
