Luojiaji Town, subordinate to Hezheng County, Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province, is located in the west of Hezheng County, adjacent to the buyer market town in the East, Taizishan in the south, Majiabao town in the north, and manlu Township, Linxia County, Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in the West. The area is 67.24 square kilometers. In 2018, 13780 people registered residence.

In 1949, it belonged to Hezheng district. In 1954, luojiaji township was established. In 1958, luojiaji commune was established. In 1983, luojiaji township was restored. In June 2020, luojiaji town governs 11 administrative villages.

In 2018, Luojia town had 2 industrial enterprises and 9 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

Luojiaji town is located at the foot of Taizi mountain, with high terrain in the north and low terrain in the south. The highest point is at dagaozui, bancaoling, with an altitude of 2408 meters; the lowest point is at Peitai Village Valley, with an altitude of 2100 meters.
