Liangping Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Ning County, Qingyang City, Gansu Province, is located in the southeast of Ning County, adjacent to Pingzi town in the East and south, Zaosheng town in the West and Chunrong Township in the north, with a total administrative area of 76.57 square kilometers.
In 1936, Liangping district was established; in December 1983, Pingxiang was improved. In March 2016, Liangping township was built from township. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Liangping town was 30212. In June 2020, Liangping town governs 13 administrative villages.

In 1936, Liangping district was established.
