Panke Town, belonging to Ning County, Qingyang City, Gansu Province, is located in the east of Ning County, connecting Ziwuling in the East, Jincun Township and Xiangle town in the south, duanjiaji Township in Heshui County in the west, Gucheng town in Heshui County in the north, with a total administrative area of 86.74 square kilometers.

In 1939, it was a revolutionary base; in 1983, it was changed to Panke township; in 2002, it was changed to Panke town. In 2005, Guanyin Township was incorporated. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in the town was 44923. In June 2020, Panke town governs one community, 20 administrative villages and two village level units.

History of construction
