Dalu town
Dalu Town, subordinate to Jingyuan County, Baiyin City, Gansu Province, is located in the south of Jingyuan County, adjacent to Gaowan Township in the East, Huining County in the south, ruoli Township in the West and Wulan town in the north, with a total administrative area of 371.33 square kilometers.
After the first year of the Republic of China (1912), Dalu Township Office was set up; in 1983, it was changed to Dalu township. In August 2016, Dalu township was removed from township to town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of the town was 19097. In June 2020, Dalu town governs nine administrative villages.
In 2011, the per capita net income of farmers in Dalu town was 3520 yuan. In 2018, Dalu town has 5 industrial enterprises and 17 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
After the first year of the Republic of China (1912), Dalu Township Office was set up.
After 1949, a district office was set up.
In 1958, Dalu commune was established.
In 1963, Dalu District Office was established.
In 1968, Dalu commune was restored.
In 1983, it was changed to Dalu township.
In August 2016, Dalu township was removed from township to town.

By the end of 2011, Dalu town had nine administrative villages: zhongshagou, Dayuan, Dalu, Yemi, Liugou, Zhuangkou, zhouwan, Changyuan and Xiaolu, and 56 villager groups.
In June 2020, Dalu town governs nine administrative villages: Yemi village, Changyuan village, zhouwan village, Dayuan village, Liugou village, zhongshagou village, Dalu village, Zhuangkou village and Xiaolu village. The town people's government is stationed in Dalu village.

topographic features
Dalu town is located in the northeast of Qinghai Tibet Plateau and Zuli River Valley. The terrain is low in the northeast and high in the southwest. The terrain can be divided into mountain and Sichuan. The mountain gully is vertical and horizontal, and the Sichuan is relatively flat. Zuli River flows through the territory from south to north, with saline alkali water quality and no benefit for irrigation. The average altitude is 1900 meters, the highest point is in Yemi village, 2300 meters above sea level, and the lowest point is in Changyuan village, 1500 meters above sea level.

Dalu town belongs to the transition zone from the middle temperate semi-arid zone to the arid zone. The climate is dry, the daily temperature difference is large, and the light is sufficient. The annual average temperature is 9.0 ℃, the extreme maximum temperature is 39.5 ℃, the minimum temperature is - 24.3 ℃, the hottest month is July, the average temperature is 22.3 ℃, the coldest month is January, the average temperature is - 6.9 ℃. The average precipitation is 235.5 mm and the average sunshine hours is 2676.1 hours. Southeast wind prevails, and the annual average water temperature is 8.1 ℃. The annual average relative humidity is 60%. The annual average number of precipitation days is 44 days, and the extreme value of precipitation is 65.0 mm (June 26, 1986). The average surface temperature is 11.8 ℃, the extreme maximum surface temperature is 69.4 ℃, and the extreme minimum surface temperature is - 32.2 ℃.

The main natural disasters in Dalu town are flood, wind, low temperature, frost, lightning, hail and so on. The flood in 1978 caused 1000 mu of crops to be damaged; the drought in 1992, 1993 and 1994 caused 5000 mu of crops to be damaged.

The main food crops are wheat and corn. In 2011, 12000 tons of grain were produced, including 3300 tons of wheat and 5900 tons of corn, 560 kg per capita. Economic crops mainly include watermelon, black seed, pepper, potato, soybean, etc. Animal husbandry to raise pigs, sheep, poultry based. History and culture
Dalu town used to be a main road from Jingyuan to Huining. Later, due to the growth of reeds, it was named Dalu.
famous scenery
Heichengzi ancient castle site is located in Heichengzi village, Dalu township. Because the north wall was destroyed by Zuli River, the east wall is 160 meters long, the west wall is 116 meters long, and the south wall is 250 meters long. The remnant height of the city wall is 2-6 meters.
Yemi fort is located in beibaoziliang, Yemi village, Dalu town. In 2018, it was rated as a county-level cultural relics protection unit.
Honorary title
In November 2017, Dalu town was awarded the fifth national civilized village.
