Xiuchuan street, belonging to Qilihe district, Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, is located in the west of Qilihe district, adjacent to Dunhuang road street in the East, pengjiaping town in the south, Xigu District in the West and the Yellow River in the north. The total area of the district is 15.6 square kilometers. In 2011, the total population of the district was 33047.

In May 1983, cuijiaya township was established from pengjiaping township. In October 2004, cuijiaya township was abolished, Xiuchuan street was established, and Xiuchuan and xueyazi communities, which originally belonged to tumendun street, were included in Xiuchuan street. In June 2020, Xiuchuan Street governs 9 communities.

In 2011, the industrial added value of Xiuchuan Street reached 2.87 billion yuan, an increase of 16.8% over the previous year; the total sales of social goods reached 5.7 billion yuan, an increase of 18% over the previous year; the transaction volume of urban and rural fair trade was 90 million yuan, an increase of 15% over the previous year.
