Erlangba town
Erlangba town belongs to Ningqiang County, Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province. It is located in the southeast of Ningqiang County. It connects Liping town of Nanzheng District in the East, chanjiayan town in the south, gaozhaizi town in the West and tiesuoguan town in the north. The maximum distance from east to west is 23.4 km, and the maximum distance from north to south is 25.2 km, with a total area of 161.07 square kilometers.
As of June 2020, Erlangba town has jurisdiction over six administrative villages. By the end of 2018, 7666 people had registered residence in Erlang dam. In 2011, the total agricultural output value of Erlangba town reached 34 million yuan, the total industrial output value reached 18 million yuan, and the total social commodity sales reached 05 million yuan.
Historical evolution
It is surrounded by high mountains. In the middle of the area, the Xiliu River, a tributary of the Jialing River, passes through the river. A valley dam is formed along both sides of the river. In the Valley Dam, the Erlang temple was once built, hence its name.
Qing belongs to ningqiangzhou South Road, for Erlangba brand.
In 1935, when the Red Army established the Soviet regime, it was the Erlangba area.
In 1937, Baojia system was implemented, which was under the jurisdiction of Tiantai township.
In 1950, it was still Tiantai township.
In 1959, it was changed into Erlangba management area of tiesuoguan commune.
In 1960, Erlangba commune was established.
In 1984, it was changed into Erlangba township.
In 2001, shuitianping township was merged with Erlangba township to become Erlangba township.
In 2011, Erlangba township was changed into town.
