Yanshuiguan town belongs to Yanchuan County, Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province. Yanchuan County is located in the southeast, the West Bank of the Yellow River. It faces the Yellow River in the East, Nanshe Township and dashiyao township of Yonghe County in Shanxi Province, yangjiagetai town and tugang Township in the south, Majiahe Township in the West and Yanchuan town in the north. The total area is 233 square kilometers.
As of June 2020, Yanshuiguan town has jurisdiction over 25 administrative villages. As of 2018, the registered residence of 21109 people in Yan Shui Guan.
