Zaixiang

Motuo County, Linzhi City, Tibet Autonomous Region. It has jurisdiction over seven administrative villages, namely, Lhasa, gengbang, longlie, jiudangka, Lagong, zengqiu and daang.

Located in the north of Motuo County, it is one of the three remote towns in the county. It is adjacent to Gandeng Township in the north and Bangxin Township in the south. It is located in the core area of Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon, with Typical Alpine Canyon landform and obvious vertical climate.

The total population is 601 (2017).

On February 6, 2009, the base station of China Mobile Communications in Shaxiang was opened, realizing the connection of mobile phones to the countryside.

geographical environment

Located in the north of Motuo County, it is one of the three remote towns in the county. It is adjacent to Gandeng Township in the north and Bangxin Township in the south. It is located in the core area of Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon, 83km away from the county seat. It is a typical high mountain and gorge landform with an average altitude of 1120 meters. The vertical climate in the area is obvious. The terrain is steep and the natural environment is poor. There are Yarlung Zangbo River, buzangbaqu River, dangpo River, Bolong River, longdangqu River, dabangzi River and bujirong river.

In 1996, the population was 0800. In 2000, there were 812 people in the township. in 2010, there were 653 permanent residents (in the sixth census of 2010). In 2011, there were 643 people in the township. total population 601 (2017).

Infrastructure construction

On February 6, 2009, the base station of China Mobile Communications in Shaxiang was opened, realizing the connection of mobile phones to the countryside. before 2011, there was a 21 km horse road from Bangxin township to Reza Township, with many ramps and cliff sections, only 50 to 80 cm wide. in 2011, the local government widened the maxing road from Bangxin township to zhesaxiang, with a total width of 1.5 m to 2 M. however, due to the terrain and other problems, many road sections can not reach the required width, and some roads are still dangerous and difficult to walk. on October 19, 2015, the highway project from daguoqiao to Gesa township to Gandeng township of line g559 was started. by 2016, the infrastructure construction was lagging behind, the traffic was extremely inconvenient and the road was difficult. By the end of 2017, it is expected that roads will be built to Reza Township and Gandeng Township in Motuo County, and the last two townships in China that do not have access to roads will be completely "removed". in the first half of 2017, the construction of supporting facilities in Xiaoji town of zhesaxiang and the reconstruction and reinforcement project of longlie suspension bridge in zhesaxiang started, belonging to the Tibet aid project of Foshan City, Guangdong Province.

At 15:00 p.m. on December 13, 2017, the highway in Reza township was initially completed, and Reza township will gradually tell others the history of carrying horses.

rural economy

In 2011, there were 367 mules and horses in the township, more than half of the population. in October 2011, the traffic was not smooth, and the price remained high. Soy sauce was 30 yuan per bottle, disposable lighter was 5 yuan per bottle, and beverage was 15 yuan per bottle. in July 2017, heating Saxiang carried out skills training for farmers and herdsmen in stone pot production, focusing on the on-site selection of stone pot, innovation of traditional production methods of stone pot, production of new products combining traditional and modern technology, etc., and demonstrated the operation method and process for the trainees through actual operation.

Culture and education

In October 2016, there were nine teachers in Lhasa primary school. as of November 2016, due to the lack of access to roads and transportation difficulties, there was no playground in the Central Primary School, and the sports facilities only had a table tennis table made of cement. in may 2017, the Central Primary School of Lhasa Township carried out the activity of old and new Tibet comparison story meeting with the theme of "telling the core of the party's love". 70 students, 9 teachers and 4 logistics staff participated in the activity. in June 2017, there were five classes in Central Primary School of Lhasa Township, with 65 students on campus, including 60 resident students and 5 day students. Although the school has made great progress and development under the care of the Party committee and government of Lhasa Township, due to the lack of roads and economic constraints, weak infrastructure, obsolete teaching equipment, many children's families are poor, and even do not have clean and tidy clothes. on August 30, 2017, Sasa township government launched the "seedling protection action", sending staff to escort 71 students to the county school. Children's Day celebrations in the central part of the primary school were carried out in the Central District of in 61 years.

Medical and health services

From January 6 to 11, 2016, three medical staff from the health service center of Motuo County went to zhesag township for the first free clinic in 2016. A total of 166 patients were diagnosed and treated, and 31 kinds of free drugs were distributed, with a total of 3360.13 yuan. in January 2017, some leaders of the health service center of Motuo County went to the heatsa township health center to check the work of the health center, and learned that the heatsa township health center needed to solve: examination table, hemostatic forceps, ultraviolet disinfection vehicle, and gave help to solve the problem. The value of the items was about 2000 yuan, and the consolation money was 3000 yuan. By August 2017, the health center of Reza Township had conducted physical examination for 710 people in the township and established health records. from August 7 to 14, 2017, Hesa Township Health Center organized 12 village doctors from 6 villages to study intensively, and went to 6 villages to carry out free clinic, physical examination, health consultation and other activities. The free clinic drugs were written off at 2641 yuan, benefited more than 400 people, and vaccinated 22 school-age children.

In March 2018, the "3.28" celebration of the liberation anniversary of millions of serfs in Tibet was held in zhesag Township, Motuo County, and an art performance team was organized to perform art programs.

In December 2016, the Tibet aid team conducted a survey on seven administrative villages in zhesah Township, Motuo County, and visited the two committees of each village, the working team stationed in the village, the township health center, the township police station, the township primary school and the poor households.

Love story

In June 2014, the team stationed in zhesar village of Motuo County donated schoolbags, stationery and other school supplies to 76 primary and secondary school students of zhesar Township Central Primary School. At the same time, donated teaching and daily necessities to 16 teachers. on August 16, 2016, four people from a non-governmental public welfare organization in Fuzhou, Fujian Province came to zhesaxiang through the "gap year plan - Yiqi Tibet" activity, donating 33 football, 18 basketball, 62 pairs of children's shoes and 249 t-shirts for the township primary school. in July 2018, the high-end children's shoes donated by Fang Mingyan, a caring person in Foshan City, were sent to the children of zhesaxiang primary school through the relevant departments of Motuo County. A total of 1037 pairs of shoes were donated to young students in Motuo.
