Chabu Xiang, Xietongmen County, Xigaze City, Tibet, is one of 18 townships in Xietongmen county. In July 1988, Chabu and Maiti were merged into a new Chabu township.

General situation

Chabu township is located in the central and southern part of the county, 60 kilometers away from the county government. It covers an area of 997 square kilometers and has a population of 1500. It has jurisdiction over five village committees, namely Chabu village, naiguo village, lie village, Jionglong village and meire village. According to the data of the fifth census, the total population of Chabu township is 1508.

Infrastructure
