Julun street, located in the northwest of Xinghualing District, is a township level administrative unit under the jurisdiction of Xinghualing District, Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province.

Julun street is located in the northwest of Xinghualing District, Taiyuan City, adjacent to Jianshe North Road and dunhuafang street in the East, the north section of Binhe East Road in the west, Sanqiao street and Gucheng street in Jiancaoping District in the southwest and northwest, Chengfang street and Gulou Street in the south, Xijian River in the North, and Jiancaoping street in Jiancaoping district. It covers an area of 4.82 square kilometers. Julun street is the seat of the district Party committee and the district government. There are large state-owned enterprises such as Fenglei weapons factory in northern China, Taiyuan locomotive and rolling stock factory, as well as cultural relics such as Gongjimen and Catholic Church.
