Yangchang township of Buyi, Bai and Miao Nationalities in panzhou City, Liupanshui City, Guizhou Province, is located in the northeast of panzhou city. It is 42 kilometers away from panzhou city and 45 kilometers away from Songhe marshalling station, covering a total area of 136 square kilometers. It faces woyan township of Pu'an County across the river in the East, Yuni Township in the west, Baoji Township in the north and jiuying Township in the south.
