Hongmo town is a town established in Mianning County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province by withdrawing villages and establishing towns.
Historical evolution
With the approval of Sichuan Provincial People's government, Mianning County abolished Hongmo Township and established Hongmo Town, with the former administrative region of Hongmo township as the administrative region of Hongmo town.
