Hongmoyida township (abolished) is a township under the jurisdiction of Puge County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. In 1952, it built red sweater Township, in 1960, it merged with Ma Xiong township to build association, in 1961, it restored red sweater Township, in 1973, it changed to commune, and in 1984, it changed its name to red moyida township.

Hongmoyida township is located in the northwest of the county, 67 kilometers away from the county. It covers an area of 47.5 square kilometers and has a population of 2000. It has jurisdiction over four village committees, namely, Hongmoyida, temoposhi, malihong and miluoobu.

The main agricultural products in Hongmoyida township are potatoes, buckwheat and oats.

Evolution of organizational system

In 1952, it built red sweater Township, in 1960, it merged with Ma Xiong township to build association, in 1961, it restored red sweater Township, in 1973, it changed to commune, and in 1984, it changed its name to red moyida township.

In January 2021, the people's Government of Sichuan Province issued the reply of the people's Government of Sichuan Province on the approval of Liangshan Prefecture to adjust the administrative divisions of some towns and townships in Puge county and other seven counties (cfzm [2021] No. 1). Wudaoqing Township, terguo Township, Mahong Township and Hongmoyida Township were abolished and wudaoqing town was established. The former wudaoqing Township, the former Teluo Township, the former Mahong Township and the former Hongmoyida Township belong to the administrative region of wudaoqing town. The people's Government of wudaoqing town is located at No.1 cailuo Road, cailuobo village.
