Yueyue town

Leyue town is located in the Anning River Basin, east of the middle of Dechang County, adjacent to Xiaogao in the north and Jinsha and Jinchuan in the south. It covers an area of 276 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over 10 villages and 51 villager groups. The total population is 9559 (2017).

On December 13, 2019, Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved Liangshan Prefecture to adjust the administrative divisions of some towns and townships in six counties (cities), including Xichang City (cfzm [2019] No. 18): the administrative areas of Lianfeng village, Lianmeng village, Qunying village, Hongyan village, Huangcao village, Haihua Village, Gaofeng village and Shanmu village in Xiaogao town were put under the jurisdiction of leyue Town, and the people's Government of leyue town was stationed in Hongxing Village number.

The traffic is very convenient. Chengdu Kunming railway and national highway 108 pass through the township. There is Yueyue railway station on the West Bank of Anning River. There are Dechang sugar factory, leyue secondary power station, Kant power company, Xingguang power company, leyue power plant, paper factory, iron factory, compound fertilizer factory and other county and private enterprises.

Infrastructure

The town government is located in leyue, in the south-east of the county, in the Anning River Basin, with a highway mileage of 25 kilometers and the east side of national highway 108. Erdaogoukou cliff is extremely dangerous, which is a favorite scene of the county people. The Luoyao River in the south of the field originates from shishanqing in the four directions. It is named Liangshan River in the old records. It is rich in hydropower resources and has multi-stage power stations with a total installed capacity of 27800 kW. It's an ideal place to invest in factories.
