Qinghua town is a town under the jurisdiction of Wanyuan City, Dazhou City, Sichuan Province. It is located 16 kilometers south of Wanyuan City, covering an area of 121.35 square kilometers. The town has 11 administrative villages, 52 villager groups and 1 neighborhood committee.

Qinghua Town, Wanyuan City, Dazhou city (Bashan queshe) was selected into the second batch of national "one village, one product" demonstration villages and towns identification list.

On June 12, 2020, Sichuan Provincial People's Government (cfmc [2020] No. 8) approved the adjustment of administrative divisions of some towns in Wanyuan City: cancel guanba Township, put the administrative area of the former guanba village under the jurisdiction of Qinghua Town, and the people's Government of Qinghua town is located at No. 28, Lixin Road, Lixin community.

Population area

The total population is 8999 (2017). There are 7235 mu of cultivated land, including 3482 mu of farmland, mainly producing rice, corn, potato, etc. economic crops include rape, fruit, tea, known as "ten thousand mu tea town" and "the first town in China's selenium rich tea capital". There are a large amount of coal mines and iron mines, rich in resources. In 2012, the per capita net income of the town reached 4388 yuan, an increase of 679 yuan over the previous year.

Qinghua town has developed transportation. National Highway 210 and Xiangyu railway I and II run through the whole town. County Highway Qingcan highway connects the whole town. Village road connects all administrative villages. The transportation is convenient and the geographical advantage is very prominent.

The planning area of Qinghua town is 2 square kilometers, with a population of 30000 people and 5 main streets. Blue and white tea has a long history, is well-known, tea culture is rich, long-lasting reputation of "mine tea" was once a tribute of the imperial dynasty. In the 1960s, our beloved Premier Zhou drank "mine tea" and wrote back to mine tea farmers in person. Unfortunately, Premier Zhou's personal letter has been lost. At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, there was a couplet "Xuanhan Qingxi water, Wanyuan mining tea" on the door of the old tea house in East Sichuan of suiding Prefecture,. In the 1950s, wowodian village of our town governed several surrounding villages and was named "black tea township" because of its high quality black tea exported to the Soviet Union. It was only in the late 1950s that it was merged into Qinghua township. It can be seen that Qinghua tea has been famous for a long time. For hundreds of years, in this 124 square kilometers of rich land, inheritance and continuation of the rich tea culture, bred generation after generation of blue and white tea farmers.

On the cliff inscriptions of gusheping in Shiwo Township, Wanyuan City, a monk from Penglai, Shandong Province, wrote the record of Zhiming Lingyuan, which recorded the process of Wang Ya and Wang Min's father and son's introduction from Jianxi County, Fujian Province to the success of planting tea in gusheping, Shiwo. It is the earliest record of planting tea in Wanyuan. It has been 900 years. At the end of the stone carving, there is a poem praising: "build a small garden, doubt the top, divide the root, build a river; last night, the wind and thunder came early, green buds and dew washed the spring border." According to textual research, blue and white tea was first introduced from Guping community of Shiwo. Therefore, the owner Chen Fangqing invested to copy the original stone carvings of Shiwo cliff into the courtyard dam of Fangxin selenium rich tea garden processing plant, which will enrich the cultural atmosphere of blue and white tea.

Industry

The main industries are smelting, casting and mineral development. At the end of 2010, the industrial added value reached 210 million yuan, the profit was 52 million yuan, and the tax was 38.58 million yuan; the industrial added value and technical transformation investment was 120 million yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 35%; the industrial added value and profit increased by more than 30% and the main business income increased by 35%. There are one railway station, one passenger station and one freight station, 1.32 km freight railway line, 210 national highway and Xiangyu railway line I and II running through the territory, and 10 roads from the town to each village. The town has developed industry, rich products, active traffic, convenient communication, and 99% of the communication coverage. Optical fiber telephone has been opened in 7 administrative villages and the whole town. In 2000, it was listed as the pilot town of small town construction in the whole province.
