Yang Tongxiang

Yangtong township is located 48 kilometers southwest of Dazhu County, Dazhou City, Sichuan Province, covering an area of 25.5 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over 6 administrative villages and 49 villager groups with a total population of 11630 (2017). There are 207 students in one middle school, 1100 students in six primary schools, and the enrollment rate of school-age children is 100%. There are 1 health center, 16 village health stations, 29 beds and 19 health technicians.

Yangtong township is an old revolutionary base, commonly known as "Xiao Yan'an". It breeds numerous revolutionary martyrs, such as Xu subrogation, Xu Xiangpei, Xu De, Xu Xiangpei and Xu Shiwan.
