Youxi town

Youxi Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Yuechi County, Guang'an City, Sichuan Province, is located in the northwest of the county. It is a provincial pilot town in Sichuan Province and a key development town in Guang'an City. It is 18 kilometers away from the county seat, with Xinglong Town in the East, Qinxi town in the north, dinosaur, Ping'an and Xiban towns in the west, and zongba and longkong towns in the south.

On December 11, 2019, Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved the adjustment of administrative divisions of some townships and towns in Guang'an City (cfgm [2019] No. 16): Ping'an Township and dinosaur Township were cancelled, and their administrative areas were put under the jurisdiction of Youxi Town, and the people's Government of Youxi town was stationed at No. 77 Wenguang road.

A brief introduction to the town

Youxi Town, also known as "Youxi Temple", is located in the middle of the northwest of Yuechi County. Provincial Road 206 passes through the town. Youxi, with a total population of 16692 (2017) and a total area of 38.29 square kilometers, has jurisdiction over 21 villages and 3 street communities.
