Tiebian Township

Old township name, the former tiebian township is located in the northwest of Nanbu County, 100 kilometers away from the county seat, is one of Shengzhong reservoir inundation township. It faces Baocheng Township in the East, Shenba town in the south, Daping town in the west, taixia and Xihe Township in the north. It has a subtropical monsoon climate with four distinct seasons. The landform is dominated by hills and shale hills. Paddy soil and red stone millet are the most widely distributed soil with the largest area. The township covers an area of 29.01 square kilometers.

In October 2019, Baosheng town and tiebian township will be abolished and Xishui town will be established.
