Zhuandou town

Zhuandou town is a town set up in Chaotian District of Guangyuan City by withdrawing villages and establishing towns. On December 28, 2017, the unveiling ceremony was held.

In December 2019, Guangyuan Municipal People's government decided to abolish zhuandou town.

Historical evolution

Zhuandouxiang, Chaotian District, Guangyuan City, has a long history and culture. According to the records of Xiandao in Zen village, in 756 ad, the emperor of the Tang Dynasty and the Ming Dynasty fled the Anshi rebellion and entered Shu. After leaving qipanguan, zhuandoupu appeared in the sky, symbolizing the bright future, which is an auspicious sign. Therefore, zhuandoupu is named zhuandoupu.

In December 2019, Guangyuan Municipal People's government decided to abolish zhuandou town.

physical geography

Zhuandou township is located at the junction of Sichuan and Shaanxi. It is the first Township from Shaanxi to Sichuan along national highway 108. It borders Qinglin Township in the north, huangba Township, Ningqiang County, Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province in the East, Pingxi Township, Lianghekou Township in the South and zhongzi town in the West. The terrain fluctuates greatly, with high mountains in the East and low in the west, high mountains in the north and south, and rivers in the middle. It looks like a boat. The climate is distinct in four seasons, warm in spring, hot in summer, cool in autumn, and cold in winter. The annual average temperature is 15 degrees, the rainfall is 1000-1200 mm, and the altitude is 700-1606 meters. The township governs 6 villages and 41 groups, with a total population of 6056 people (2017), covering an area of 47.55 square kilometers.

1. Transportation: new and old line 108 runs across the territory, zhuanma highway passes through two villages and five groups, and 100% of the villages and groups in the township are connected to the highway, so the transportation is very convenient.

2. Resources: mainly coal, iron, limestone, marble, reserves unknown.

3. Radio and television broadband network construction: 7.6 kilometers of optical fiber lines have been set up, which fundamentally solves the problem of audience difficulty for the masses. The number of program-controlled telephone has been expanded to 1000, of which 8 groups in 4 villages have been connected, and the opening of mobile communication is still waiting.

The township has formulated a feasible industrial development plan, and put forward the development idea and overall goal of "long catch dry fruit, short catch mulberry, then increase the income of pigs, rabbits, sheep, animal husbandry industry pick the beam". In combination with returning farmland to forest, we should vigorously develop the dry fruit industry, sericulture industry and animal husbandry. By the end of 2003, the total output of dried fruits reached 130000, 20 per capita, 3 million mulberry plants, 12000 rabbits and 500 yellow sheep. Special products: fungus, walnut, peanut, persimmon, etc.

In 2002, the GDP was 7.78 million yuan, the per capita net income of farmers was 1000 yuan, and the total grain output was 1578 tons.

education

Guangyuan Chaotian District zhuandou Township Primary School is a complete primary school, located in Chaotian District zhuandou township. Founded in 1925, the school covers an area of 13549 square meters and a building area of 5910 square meters. The school has 26 teaching staff, 7 teaching classes and more than 200 students, including more than 30 preschool children.

On July 29, 2020, it was named "2017-2019 cycle National Health township" by the National Patriotic Health Campaign Committee.
