Juhe was built in 1916. Because of the confluence of Caijiagou, maqinsi and huangchengsi rivers, it was originally named sanhechang and later sanhechang. According to the original town riverbank yellow chrysanthemum dense, chrysanthemum in full bloom, particularly fragrant, attractive, changed to juhechang. It is adjacent to Shilong, Tongshan and Qunxing in Zhongjiang County, and borders Qijiang, Anju, Guanqiao and Luban towns in the county. The territory is a deep hill.
Juhe town is a township level administrative unit that has been abolished in Santai County, Sichuan Province. In December 2019, with the approval of Mianyang Municipal People's government, Santai County abolished Juhe town and put its administrative area under the jurisdiction of Guanqiao Town, which is located at No. 9 East Street. Juhe, also known as "juhechang". It was built in 1916, so there are three rivers, Caijiagou, Maqin temple and Huangcheng temple, which intersect here. It was originally named sanhechang, also known as sanhechang. Evolution of organizational system
In the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China, Santai County set up 4 roads and 28 townships. Juhe is under the jurisdiction of Xinyue township (in gujingba, jinggujing town). In the 5th year of the Republic of China, Juhe Xingchang was first named sanhechang (also known as sanhechang). Later, it was renamed "juhechang" because of the yellow chrysanthemum growing on the riverbank of the town. In the 9th year of the Republic of China, there were many wars in Sichuan, and the League training organizations were strengthened in various places, including going to the upper, middle and lower rural areas. Juhe is under the jurisdiction of Xinyue Village (in lubanqiao, now Luban town). in the 14th year of the Republic of China, Xinyue went to the countryside and became tuanjia of lubanqiao. Lubanqiao in Changzhen was the residence of tuanjia, and Juhe belonged to it. in the 19th year of the Republic of China, tuanjia was added to juhechang, and tuanjia office was stationed in juhechang. in the 24th year of the Republic of China, tuanjia was reformed into joint protection, and Juhe joint protection was set up. In the 29th year of the Republic of China, the "new county system" was adopted. Juhe township was rebuilt. In 1951, after the completion of land reform and the democratic construction of government, Juhe township was still set up, and juping township was set up from Juhe. In 1956, juping township was abolished and merged into Juhe township. In 1958, Juhe people's commune was established, belonging to Anju district (now Anju town). In 1984, the establishment of the commune was abolished and Juhe township was re established. in 1992, when the district was withdrawn and the township was built, Juhe was incorporated into Guanqiao town as the office. In 1995, Juhe was separated from Guanqiao town and set up as Juhe township. in 2017, Juhe township was replaced by Juhe town. in 2019, Juhe town will be merged into Guanqiao town to establish a new Guanqiao town.

Resources and environment
There are five kinds of mineral deposits. There are three main rivers with a total length of 21 km. One tourist attraction. The forest area is 783.71 hectares, and the forest coverage rate is 40%. In 1996, the precipitation was 812.2 mm, the average annual temperature was 16.7 ℃, the annual frost free period was about 286 days, and the sunshine hours was 1388 hours. There are branch canals of Xiongju, chenju and Huangju in Luban reservoir, with irrigation area of 6600 mu, accounting for 70% of the total cultivated land. Underground resources include Shajin, salt, coal mine, phosphate rock, oil and natural gas; in the rural area, there are Wukou temple, Maqin temple, Wangjun temple, Huangcheng temple and other historic sites; there are county-level cultural relics protection units - Sujia cliff tombs, which can be connected to Luban lake, Yuntai temple, wife Jianghan tombs scenic spots.

It has a strong agricultural foundation and mainly produces grain, cotton, oil, pigs, cocoons, tobacco, pepper, citrus and other agricultural and sideline products.
