Haixing County Farm

State owned Haixing farm in Hebei Province was built in 1956, covering an area of 105000 mu. It has seven agricultural teams, eight residential areas and a total population of 2184 people (in 2010). It is a state-owned agricultural reclamation enterprise. It is subordinate to Hebei Provincial Bureau of agricultural reclamation and the people's Government of Haixing County. It is located 8 kilometers southwest of Haixing County, with superior land location and convenient transportation and communication conditions.

In July 2020, it was identified by the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas as the first batch of farms in China.

Farm profile

The farm always adheres to the working principle of "unity and cooperation, pragmatic innovation, taking advantage of the situation and leaping development". Focusing on "building new houses, building gardens, adjusting structure and benefiting people's livelihood", we will strive to build "green farm, ecological farm, harmonious farm and beautiful farm" and promote the healthy development of all industries in the field.

1、 Land resources

Haixing farm has 82200 mu of land, including 45200 mu of agricultural land, 4500 mu of construction land and 32500 mu of unused land, with flat terrain.

2、 Water resources, electricity and meteorological conditions

There are three rivers passing through the site, one is xuanhui River, the other is xuanbei main ditch, and the third is Xuannan main ditch, with annual water storage capacity of 90 million cubic meters and 21 deep wells (450-550 meters).

There are two 10KVA transmission and transformation lines in the site. One is Gaowan 35KVA substation; the other is zhaomaotao 35KVA substation. There are 37 100kVA transformers with a total power of more than 400000 kW.

Meteorological conditions: annual rainfall 622mm, sunshine number 2733 hours, sunshine rate 63%, annual temperature higher than 10 ℃, effective accumulated temperature 4324 hours, annual average temperature 12.1 ℃. The first frost period is on October 24, the last frost period is before March 31, and the annual frost free period is 200-208 days.

3、 Status of characteristic industries

Haixing farm focuses on the economic and industrial layout of "east industry, middle city and West ecology" in Haixing County, focusing on the construction of "one garden, one district and three bases", and strives to build our farm into a modern farm integrating ecological planting, ecological breeding, sightseeing and health preservation, leisure tourism and seedling cultivation, so as to promote the transformation of agriculture to industrialization, scale, standardization and brand To promote agricultural efficiency and increase workers' income.

One garden for

Forest Park

With a total investment of 600 million yuan, the modern agricultural ecological demonstration park of the farm is planned and designed, and the existing resources are integrated according to the general layout of building "Forest Park". The goal is to build our farm into a provincial forest park within three years and a national forest park within five years;

The first zone is a high-tech park,

It covers a total area of 11000 mu, with a total investment of 78.85 million yuan in the first phase of construction, to build a modern comprehensive high-tech industrial park integrating high-tech, green environmental protection and pollution-free projects;

Three bases, one is salt tolerant seedling base, haixingnong

It is planned to build a 30000 Mu nursery stock base to promote the development of the nursery stock industry in Haixing County, and further promote the construction of the largest saline alkali tolerant nursery stock base in the north of Haixing County.

Second, the construction of modern agricultural breeding base.

Haixingnong

The farm is planned to be a 30000 Mu modern facility agricultural base with a total investment of 500 million yuan, driving the local vegetable planting industry to develop vigorously in the direction of scale, industrialization, characteristics and modernization.

Third, the construction of green ecological health base,

The total investment is 475 million yuan, covering 470 mu. The project is to build a garden style comprehensive health care center integrating health care, pension, geriatric treatment, rehabilitation, nursing and orthopedic rehabilitation for the disabled.
