On December 13, 2019, Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved Panzhihua City to adjust the administrative divisions of some towns and townships in four counties (districts), including the Eastern District (cfzm [2019] No. 17): the new nine townships were abolished and the new nine towns were established, and the administrative areas of the original new nine townships, Huilong village, Shuiping village, pineapple group and shijiawanzi group of Xinmin village and Anning village of Tongzilin town were assigned to the new nine townships Under the jurisdiction of Xinjiu Town, the people's Government of Xinjiu town is located at 66 Huayuan Road, Xinjiu street.
