Yu Jiaxiang

Yujia township is a provincial pilot town of small town construction in Sichuan Province. It was identified as "key town" by Rong County in 2004. It is one of the first batch of 14 regional central towns launched in 2005 and one of the 10 industrial layout points of Rong County. Yujiaxiangchang, formerly known as yangjiachang, was built in 1825 on the East Bank of xiejiang river. It was founded in jiaxiangxiang in the 29th year of the Republic of China. Its name is still in use today. In August 1985, it was withdrawn from the township to build a town. In September 2004, the former Quanshui town was merged with the former Yujia township to form the present Yujia township. Yujia township has 9 administrative villages and 4 community neighborhood committees.

Rong County, Zigong City, Sichuan Province, is located in the northwest of the county, 56 kilometers away from the county seat, close to Donglin town of Leshan and Huilong town of Weiyuan County. It covers an area of 20.6 square kilometers and has a population of about 9000 (see the following table for population data). The road is open. It has eight village committees, namely Shangba, dongguadian, nanmu, Wayao, Changlin, tongjiahe, shigeng and Maoqiao, and yujiachang neighborhood committee. There are two schools: Rongxian Yujia Township School and Rongxian Yujia Township tongjiahe school. Agricultural production of rice, corn, wheat, potato, rapeseed. Wine expert Zhu Liang was born here.

Seasonal climate

It is located in the mid subtropical monsoon climate zone with mild climate and abundant rainfall, but the seasonal distribution is uneven. The continental monsoon climate is remarkable with four distinct seasons. It is warm in winter, early in spring, less rain and long frost free period; it is hot and humid in summer, with concentrated rain and alternating drought and flood; it is fast in autumn, with more rainy days and continuous rain. It is cloudy and foggy in four seasons, with less sunshine, low solar radiation energy and small diurnal temperature difference.

Fruits

There are 3000 mu pear orchards in the township, including "June crisp" and "Fengshui Pear". Yujia township is located in the Northwest Mountainous Area of Rong County, soil, climate is very suitable for fruit cultivation. The township party committee and government led the villagers to strengthen the technical transformation, management and variety updating of the orchard, and cultivated excellent pear varieties, with a total output of about 10000 tons and an output value of more than 5 million yuan. Among the 10 households with a net income of more than 10000 yuan, the average income of the planting households increased by more than 5000 yuan, and the average income of the township farmers increased by more than 500 yuan. In 2004, Yujia pear passed the pollution-free fruit certification of the Provincial Department of agriculture. The township established the "ecological pear Association" to help fruit farmers carry out technical cultivation, guidance, material supply, market analysis and contact sales. Yujia pear is in short supply in Yibin, Chengdu and other places.

Animal husbandry

Yujia township's animal husbandry is mainly fat pigs, which supply a large amount of pork for the market every year with good quality.

Tea

The township government vigorously implements the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, and strives to give full play to the advantages of Yujia Township, Weiyuan County, Renshou County, Jingyan county and other counties. Yujia township has a tea planting area of 3000 mu, and can produce 5000 kg of fresh leaves a day. In order to enhance the enthusiasm of farmers in tea production, the township party committee and government encouraged villagers to set up tea factories. Under the coordination of the township party committee and the government, a tea factory has been set up. More than 7 mu of tea land, each mu can also increase the income of more than 200 yuan.

Yujia's earthenware production is favored and trusted by local people and people all over the world because of its unique raw material, clay ore, exquisite and unique production technology and "original flavor" authentic firing method. Yujia township's earthenware sales throughout the city, county, local and people's homes around the basic earthenware products. At present, Yujia township's earthenware production is still relatively prosperous, but compared with the end of the 1990s, there are some reductions, which may be affected by the changes in the market, people's living habits and social working conditions.
