Shaocheng Street

Shaocheng street belongs to Qingyang District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. It is located in the west part of Chengdu City Center, on the edge of "Luoma business circle" and adjacent to the central business district.

The area of Shao Cheng street is 1.68 square kilometers, with 58 street lanes, 4 communities (cross street community, commercial street community, wide lane community, four street community), with a permanent population of over 8.7 people (2017), and 55 thousand registered residence population.

On December 25, 2019, Chengdu Municipal People's Government approved Qingyang District to adjust the administrative divisions of some streets (CFH [2019] No. 119): the administrative areas to the south of Jindun road central line of wangjiaguai street, Shaocheng community, Great Wall community and Wenmiao community, and the east of Hexi bank in the west suburb of Qintai Road community of Caotang street were under the jurisdiction of Shaocheng street It is located at 69 Dongmen street.

Street profile

Shaocheng district is located in the northwest of downtown Chengdu. It is adjacent to xiyuhe sub district in the East, wangjiaguai sub district in the south, Xi'an Road sub district in Jinniu District in the West and Xinhua West Road sub district in the north.

Evolution of organizational system

The area has a long history. It was inhabited by Manchu and Mongolian in Qing Dynasty.

In November 2001, huangwa sub district office of Qingyang District was merged with Binsheng sub district office of Qingyang District. In February 2005, with the approval of Chengdu Municipal People's government, huangwa sub district office was renamed Shaocheng sub district office of Chengdu Qingyang District People's government.

Guojielou community

Guojielou community neighborhood committee was established on December 25, 2001. It is subordinate to Shaocheng sub district office of Qingyang District, Chengdu. The community office is located at 98 Dongmen street.

The community extends to Dongchenggen street in the East, Changshun street in the west, Babao Street in the north and Dongmen street in the south. There are 11 streets, covering an area of about 0.25 square kilometers, including Dongmen street, dongmapeng, Hongqiang lane, guojielou, hengguojielou, shangbanjie lane, dongerdao street, dongerdao East Street, Babao Street, Changshun lower street and dongchenggenxia street. The total number of households in the community is 3805, with a total population of 13865, including 10 floating population

There are 13 households with 3626 people. There are 27 people belonging to the army and martyrs in the community, including one old Red Army, 64 disabled people, 29 low-income families and 44 elderly people. In the community, there are Chengdu Shude experimental school, 5 hospitals including Chengdu first orthopedic hospital, 7 restaurants, 6 administrative institutions and 317 shops.

Commercial Street Community

The commercial street community is located in the center of Chengdu. It is subordinate to Shaocheng sub district office of Qingyang District. The community covers the south of Dongmen street, the north of Shaocheng Road, the west of Dongchenggen street and the east of Changshun street. It has a total area of 0.46 square kilometers, 5096 households and a total population of more than 15000. The Party committee has seven party branches, five "two new party organizations" and one trusteeship Party committee, with 402 members Among them, 83 were disabled, 2170 were over 60 years old, and one was lonely. Within the jurisdiction, there are 25 important administrative institutions, more than 300 business units and shops, and five property companies. It is a new community with dense population and concentrated units.

KuanXiangZi community

The 8th KuanXiangZi community neighborhood committee of Shaocheng sub district office in Qingyang District of Chengdu was established in November 2007, which was formed by the merger of KuanXiangZi and Zhezi community neighborhood committees. The community front desk service center is located at No.2 jingxiangzi.

The community area starts from Changshun Shangzhong street in the East, Zhongxia Tongren Road in the west, Zhezi Street Xiaotong Lane in the north, Jinhe road and tonghuimen road in the south. The streets under its jurisdiction include kuanxiang, Zhaixiang, Jingxiang, Changshun upper and middle streets; Jinhe road; Zhongxia Tongren Road; Minsheng lane, Xisheng street, Shizi lane, tonghuimen road; zhijishi street; Paulownia street; Industrial Street; Xiaotong lane; Zhezi street; riverside Street (temporary), involving 17 streets, covering an area of about 0.68 square kilometers, with 8859 permanent residents, 29532 population and 5 temporary residents There are 122 people, 19 institutions, including Chengdu Academy of painting, Jinhe Hotel, cadre rest home of Chengdu Military Region, law center of Chengdu Judicial Bureau, Chengdu Bureau of planning supervision and law enforcement, Shaocheng primary school, Paulownia Street Primary School, Chengdu 28 middle school, Chengdu maternal and child health care center, and three new residential quarters: Jindu, Changfu and Juxing city.

The community Party committee has 12 Party branches, 453 party members, 105 disabled people, 40 military dependents, 2 orphans, more than 10060 elderly people over 60 years old, more than 700 laid-off and unemployed people, and 90 courtyards (excluding Kuan, Zhai and Jing alleys).

There are 7 members of the community Party committee, including 4 part-time members (from the resident units), 7 members of the community neighborhood committee, including 4 part-time members (from the resident units). They hold cross positions in party affairs and residential affairs. They are all college students or above with an average age of 38. There are 14 community public office staff and one college student.

Sidaojie community

Sidaojie community belongs to fankuanzhaixiangzi area of Shaocheng Street office, with an area of about 0.35 square kilometers. It starts from Yinmahe in the west, ends at Changshun street in the East, starts from West Street in the north and ends at kuixinglou in the south. There are 7710 permanent residents with a total population of 32066, including 21535 permanent residents and 10531 floating population. It has jurisdiction over 18 streets and 107 residential courtyards. There are 13 community cadres with an average age of 38. There are 317 community party members, 9 Party committee members (including 4 part-time members), 14 party branches, 4 of which are two new branches; 3 community Discipline Inspection Commission; 7 community neighborhood committee members, 87 residents' representatives, 69 residents' group leaders, 21 residents' Council members and 5 members of the board of supervisors; 5 union unions (153 units) in the community; and party and government organs and administrative enterprises (Institutions) in the community 15 units. Among them are Sichuan Social Security Bureau, Chengdu State Taxation Bureau, huangwa Street police station, Qingyang District Procuratorate, Sichuan Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, Sichuan Institute of Dermatology, Chengdu Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, ximappeng kindergarten, etc., as well as the key cultural and creative incubator of Chengdu Mingtang youth cultural and creative center. There are 193 people with disabilities, including 24 people from 23 families with disabilities. There were 10 families and 13 people who lost their only child in the community. Among them, 540 are over 80 years old, 75 are over 90 years old and 3 are centenarians.
