Basic situation of dazigou Township

Dazigou township is located 40 Li East of Kuancheng County, adjacent to Weizigou Township in the East, tangdaohe town and liangjiatai town in the south, Bancheng town in the west, longxumen town and guozhangzi Township in Pingquan County in the north, and Beiling highway passes through the township. Dazigou township has 5 administrative villages, 67 villager groups, 5826 people, 9705 mu of cultivated land, 4600 hectares of forest land, and 73 square kilometers of rural area.

Dazigou township is one of the four townships in the Agricultural Circular Economic Zone in the eastern part of the county. The township takes agriculture as the leading role and vigorously develops mushroom vegetable greenhouses and forest and fruit industries. Weizigou commune was established in 1961, and dazigou township was changed in 1984. In 1997, it covers an area of 72.3 square kilometers and has a population of 6000. It has jurisdiction over five administrative villages, namely tiaogou, jiangzhangzi, xiaoboluoshu, Chaoyang mountain and Machang.
