Suo Lue Township
Suoluo township is located 42 kilometers southwest of Bama County, with a total area of 219.94 square kilometers. The township has 18 administrative villages, 297 villager groups and 284 natural villages, including suowu, pobang, liaoxiang, jialue, powan, Fuxiang, pingliu, liuneng, Longfeng, Shangqin, nongzhong, Baijiu, nongyang, nongshen, Qusang, Caixiang, Lina and langyin, with a total population of 72642 (according to the statistics at the end of 2002). There are mainly Zhuang, Han and Yao nationalities, with the Zhuang nationality accounting for 57.12% and the Yao nationality 20.48%.

The northeast of the township is a rocky mountain area, with an altitude of 800 to 1000 meters. There are many mountains, few and scattered cultivated land, thick Tianhe on the surface, and it is difficult for people and animals to drink water. The southwest is hilly and mountainous area with thick soil layer and Lingqi river. Hydropower station has been built and water conservancy conditions are good. It is the main grain producing area in the township.

Camellia oleifera has been planted by the masses for two or three hundred years. It is an important production base of Camellia oleifera in the county. The annual rainfall is 1300 mm. The cultivated land area of the township is 12571.56 mu, and the per capita cultivated land is 0.51 mu. Among them, there are 8065 Mu paddy field and 14547 Mu dry land. The forest area is 99843 mu, including 60978 mu of Camellia oleifera forest. The annual output of Camellia oleifera is 1-1.2 million kg, and the per capita income of Camellia oleifera is more than 100 yuan. There are 10358 live pigs in stock and 5956 out of stock. in recent years, the township has focused on Xiang pig and paid close attention to animal husbandry. Animal husbandry is one of the pillar industries of the township and the main source of income for farmers. In the development of animal husbandry, we focus on the production of Xiang pig, pay attention to the breeding of pig and goat food livestock, put the production of horse and cattle in an important position, cultivate characteristic varieties such as herbivorous meat rabbit breeding, and gradually form a relatively complete animal husbandry production system in the township. Suoluo Township adheres to the policy of invigorating the township through science and technology, and vigorously develops the cause of science, education, culture and health. The township has 17 primary and secondary schools, 2 health centers, 14 village clinics and 1 library. Suoluo Township vigorously cultivates the pillar industry dominated by Camellia oleifera. The total area of Camellia oleifera forest in Suoluo township is 82000 mu, with an annual output of more than 2000 tons of Camellia oleifera, known as the "hometown of Camellia oleifera". In 2002, the township achieved fiscal revenue of 396000 yuan, annual output value of township enterprises of 4.8 million yuan, national output value of 44.867 million yuan, per capita output value of 1757 yuan, and per capita net income of farmers of 1315 yuan. The natural growth rate of population in the township was 5.7 ‰. The township is politically stable, ethnically united and economically developed.
