Borono town

Borneo Town, a Fengning Manchu Autonomous County of Chengde City, Hebei Province, is located in the southeast of Fengning Manchu Autonomous County. It is adjacent to the Dadun Township in Luanping and the East. It borders the Fengshan town on the West and North. It is adjacent to the Manchu Township in the northeast and longgou County, with a total area of 161.02 square kilometers. At the end of 2018, the registered residence population was 12173.

In April 1956, borono township was built. In 1959, the township was withdrawn and merged into Fengshan commune. In June 1984, the commune was abolished and borono township was rebuilt. In July 1986, boluonuo Manchu Township was rebuilt. In August 1993, the township was withdrawn and borono town was built. As of June 2020, borono town has 11 administrative villages.

In 2018, there were 10 industrial enterprises in borono Town, including one above scale and three comprehensive stores or supermarkets with business area of more than 50 square meters.
