Pojie Township

Pojie township is located in the northeast of Tian'e County, inlaid in two provinces (autonomous regions), two cities (autonomous prefectures), three counties and six towns. That is to say, from south to north, the East is bordered by Luofu and bading townships of Nandan county, from the northwest by dating township of luoxun County, Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou Province, across the Niuhe River, from the northeast by Sanbao Township, from the south by Liupai Town, and from the west to Xiangyang town by Hongshui River.

Pojie township was established in 1984. Pojie village, where the township government is located, is 38 kilometers away from the county seat. The total area of the township is 426.2 square kilometers.

Regional population

It has jurisdiction over 10 administrative villages, including Pojie, lazeng, Layan, Longfeng, nagou, Yuli, yuweng, Yaoshan, longcha and Hekou, 101 natural villages and 133 villager groups. At the end of 2012, the total population of the township was 14258, 2905 households. There are Han, Zhuang, Miao, Yao, Dong, Buyi and other nationalities.

The planting area of grain in the township is 37665 mu, and rice is 5040 mu. The planting area of "Gangyou 725", "Gangyou 527" and other high-quality grains is 4600 mu, with the highest yield of 750 kg per mu and the average yield of 650 kg per mu. Zhengda 612 and 619 varieties of corn area reached 76%, the annual total grain output was 6.256 million kg, an increase of 1.2% over the previous year; the annual new forest land area was 14363 mu, the per capita new forest land was 1 mu, the annual fruit output was 312 tons; actively develop the breeding industry, with Chuandong and Layan as the demonstration sites of goose breeding, a total of 767 geese were raised throughout the year, with an average household income of 1400 yuan. There are 63 crossbred sows, 24564 live pigs and 7200 cattle in the whole year, of which 38 households raise more than 10 cattle per household, and 45 cattle per household at most. In winter, 172 mu of radish was planted, and 4537 kg of fresh products and 1131.4 kg of dry products were sold. The total income was 43923 yuan, and the net income of each farmer was 500-800 yuan. The annual fixed assets investment was 8.2 million yuan, and Yuli power station, activated carbon plant, tung oil processing plant and wood processing plant were built. the GDP of the township reached 100.12 million yuan, an increase of 8.3% over the same period of last year; the investment in fixed assets reached 436.2 million yuan; the per capita annual income of farmers reached 4369 yuan, an increase of 7% over the same period of last year. In the whole year, 13 million yuan of investment was attracted and the annual task of 7 million yuan of investment was over fulfilled.

Cultural health

It has achieved the goal of village power supply and Village Radio and television. Rural science and technology networks have been improved, and the contribution rate of science and technology to agriculture has increased by 3% over the previous year. On the basis of consolidating and improving the rural cooperative medical system, we should do a good job in the integrated management of rural health organizations. The immunization coverage rate of children reached more than 85%, and the improvement of water and toilet in rural areas increased by 2 percentage points from the previous year.
