Hakka tea
The custom of drinking Leicha is popular in JieXi and Puning guest areas. Many visitors to JieXi will go to hepaolei teahouse to taste the unique flavor of Hakka Leicha.
In the early years of the Northern Song Dynasty, pan Renmei was ordered to attack the Southern Han Dynasty and sent a small team to attack Guangzhou through JieXi. When they arrived in hEPO, the soldiers were not satisfied and they vomited. The generals were anxious but helpless. Later, they were instructed by the local people to drink tea. The sick soldiers each drank a big bowl of hot tea, and then went to sleep with their heads covered. When I woke up the next day, everyone was sweating and sneezing, and all recovered. Later, a part of the people from the southern part of the expedition left to settle down in the fields.
