It is located in the west of Yongshun County, about 30 kilometers away from the county. It borders Longshan County in the west, Shouche town in the north, shaoha Township in the East, Daba Township and Duishan Township in the south.

It has a humid climate in the Middle Subtropical Mountainous Area, with four distinct seasons and abundant rainfall. The annual average temperature is 16.5 ℃, the annual rainfall is 1400mm, and the frost free period is 270 days. Traffic congestion, high mountains and steep slopes, sharp bends and dangerous rivers. Land resources are rich, suitable for the development of planting, breeding and other projects. the total land area is 90.24 square kilometers (2017), with 9400 mu of cultivated land, including 7100 mu of paddy fields. It has jurisdiction over 8 administrative villages, 58 villager groups and 9010 people (in 2017).

Industrial Development

In 2005, on the basis of consolidating the traditional agriculture, the township intensified the development of mountainous areas, with a total of 42000 mu of farmland converted to forest and 5000 mu of economic forest built. The total output value of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery was 16.53 million yuan; the total grain output was 4842 tons, including 3925 tons of grain; the export of labor services was increased, and the labor income was 3.9 million yuan. The net income per capita reached 1150 yuan.
