Xiaopu town

Xiaopu Town, Jiangyong County, Yongzhou, Hunan Province, is located in the eastern part of Jiangyong County, Hunan province. It is the registered residence of Jiangyong County, and the town government is located at 68 East Ring Road, No. 049, 51 Road, Jiangyong County. The area is 202.26 square kilometers, and the household registration population is 79948 (2018). It has 5 communities and 14 administrative villages (2019).

In 2018, there were 94 industrial enterprises in Xiaopu Town, including 30 industrial enterprises above Designated Size and 166 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

Historical evolution

Before 1949, it was under the jurisdiction of Xiaopu District, Yongming county.

After liberation, Yongming county was changed to Jiangyong County, and Xiaopu district was changed to Chengguan town.

In 1983, it merged with Xiaojiang commune.

In 1995, the township was withdrawn and the town was merged. Chengguan town was restored to Xiaopu town. Xiaopu town

After the adjustment and merger of administrative divisions, Shijiao village, Chetian village, Xiangguang village, guczhaixin village, Tuanjie village, xiajietou village and Jielong village are under the jurisdiction of Xiaopu town There are 19 villages and communities in Qiaocun, Hexing village, Hejiawan village, Zijing village, pipajing village, Huigang village, Tangbei community, sifangjing community, Qilin community, Fenghuang community, Yongxin community, Industrial Park community and Yunshan community. The resident of the town people's government remains unchanged (No. 049, Wuyi Road).

In 2019, Xiaopu town has 5 communities and 14 administrative villages: sifangjing community, Fenghuang community, Qilin community, Yongxin community, Yunshan community, Huigang village, pipajing village, Xiangguang village, xiajietou village, Hejiawan village, Chetian village, guchaixin village, Shijiao village, Tangbei community village, Industrial Park Community Village, Tuanjie village, jielongqiao village, Zijing village and Hexing village.

Xiaopu town is located in the east of Jiangyong County, adjacent to shangjiangxu town and huangjialing Township in the East, huilongwei town in the south, xiacenpu town in the West and Qianjiadong Yao Township in the north. The total area of Xiaopu town is 202.26 square kilometers.

Xiaoshui flows through Xiaopu Town, and 90% of the villages are located on both sides of Xiaoshui river.
