Jinzixian town
On November 20, 2015, the Standing Committee of the 15th National People's Congress of Anren County held its 21st meeting. The meeting decided to approve the government's motion, agree to complete the construction system and merge Guanwang Town, Haoshan Township, Xinzhou Township and Yangnao township to form jinzixian town. Jinzixian town is located in the southeast of Anren County, at the junction of Yongxing, Zixing, Chaling and Yanling counties. It is composed of Xinzhou Township, Yangnao Township, Haoshan Township and Guanwang Town, with a total area of 413.44 square kilometers (in 2017). It has jurisdiction over 23 administrative villages, one neighborhood committee and 388 Village (neighborhood) groups, with a total population of 39597 (in 2017). It is the third most populous and largest town in Anren. The town government is located in the former Guanwang town government.

Guanwang town
The former Guanwang town of Anren County belonged to pushangdu in the Qing Dynasty; it belonged to Lianhua Township first and Lianhu Township later in the Republic of China; it was divided into the eighth district (Guanwang District) in 1952, established Guanwang Township in 1956, changed to people's commune in 1958, restored the township system in 1984, and established the town in 1996. It has jurisdiction over 10 administrative villages and 1 residents committee, a total of 132 Village (residents) groups, with a land area of 131 square kilometers and a cultivated land area of 1279 square kilometers.
Xinzhou Township
The former Xinzhou township of Anren County belonged to Puyang capital in the Qing Dynasty; in the period of the Republic of China, it belonged to Lianhua Township first and then Lianhu township; in 1952, it was divided into the eighth district (Guanwang District), and Xinzhou township was set up in 1956, changed into people's commune in 1958, and restored in 1984. In 2012, it has jurisdiction over 6 villages, including Jingtang, Liantang, Xing'an, Gaoshi, Duhe and Tangxia, with 1790 households and 7455 people.
Yangnao town
Yangnao Township, formerly Anren County, was named for the fact that the farmland on the north side of the town where the township government was stationed was in the middle. In the past, there was a pound stone like Yangnao. In the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Pudong capital; in the Republic of China, it belonged to Dalu Township first, and then Lianhu township; in 1952, it was divided into the Sixth District (Pingyang District), and Yangnao township was set up in 1956. In 1958, it merged with Guanwang, Haoshan and other townships to form Dongfeng people's commune. In 1961, it was separated into Yangnao people's commune, and in 1984, the township system was restored. In 2012, it has jurisdiction over 11 administrative villages, 92 villager groups and 2100 households in Yuantian, Guangyi, Yuantian, Fuxing, Zhongdong, Meiwan, Lishan, Dongchong, Liantang, Shibi, Shaoshang and Pingtang. The cultivated land is 1062.4 hectares, with a population of 8400 and 2038 households.
Haoshan Township
Haoshan township of Anren County was the capital of Pudong in the Qing Dynasty; Yunhu township was the first one in the Republic of China, and then Lianhu township; it was divided into the eighth district (Guanwang District) in 1952, Haoshan township was established in 1956, and people's commune was established in 1958. In 1984, the township system was restored, with jurisdiction over eight villagers' committees and 95 villagers' groups, covering an area of 126.8 square kilometers and 702 hectares of cultivated land. At the end of 2006, the total population was 11194. in December 2015, three townships and one town of Xinzhou Township, Yangnao Township, Haoshan Township and Guanwang town were merged to establish jinzixian Town, which has jurisdiction over 35 villages and one community neighborhood committee. it has a total area of 413.44 square kilometers (2017) and a total population of 39597 (2017). The town people's government is stationed in Guanwang temple.
General situation of villages and towns
There are 131 village cadres and 75 town cadres and workers in the town, including 11 leading groups of the party and government (including 9 members of the Party committee and 2 leaders of other sub branches). There are 3212 poverty alleviation households, 11910 poor people and 24 key poverty alleviation villages in the town (before village merging, 36 villages in the town before village merging). In 2015, there were a total of 7 poverty-stricken villages in the town, with 2351 poverty-stricken people, accounting for 20% of the poverty-stricken population in the town. It is planned to lift 2200 people out of poverty in 2016, 3679 people out of poverty in 2017 and 3680 people out of poverty in 2018. jinzixian town is a unified town in the mountainous area of Anren. Although it has the largest area, its economic strength is poor, its development is lagging behind, and its urban infrastructure and urban functions are very weak. But there are also incomparable advantages in mountainous areas, that is, the unique resources endowed by nature, "primitive green ecology, precious red resources, unique border trade." These are the advantages of the original ecology of mountainous areas. The town is positioned as a border trade center town with "ecological livable, red tourism and green leisure".
