Kongjiazhuang Town, belonging to Wanquan District, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, is located in the southeast of Wanquan District, adjacent to shenjiatun town in the East, Yanghe River in the south, Zuowei town of Huai'an County, anjiabao Township in the west, and wankongjiazhuang town in the north. It is 1km away from the people's government of Wanquan County, with a total area of 65.4km.

During the period of the Republic of China, kongjiazhuang town was divided into kongcheng Township and Xijing Township in the second and fifth districts of Wanquan County; in March 1984, kongjiazhuang commune was changed into kongjiazhuang town and kongjiazhuang township; in June 1994, kongjiazhuang township was merged into kongjiazhuang town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of 33285 people was in the town of korchuang. As of June 2020, kongjiazhuang town has 17 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the town people's government is located in kongjiazhuang village.

In 2018, there were 104 industrial enterprises in kongjiazhuang Town, including 4 above scale enterprises and 22 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

History of construction

During the period of the Republic of China, kongcheng Township and Xijing Township belonged to the second and fifth districts of Wanquan county.

After the founding of the people's Republic of China, it belongs to five districts of Wanquan county.

In April 1953, kongjiazhuang Township and xihongmiao Township were set up.

In August 1958, it was called kongjiazhuang commune.

In March 1984, kongjiazhuang commune was changed into kongjiazhuang town and kongjiazhuang township.

In June 1994, kongjiazhuang township was merged into kongjiazhuang town.

In January 2016, Wanquan county was abolished and Wanquan district was set up.
