Heishipu Street

Heishipu street, belonging to Tianxin District, Changsha City, Hunan Province, is located in the south of Tianxin District, with an area of 8.97 square kilometers and a permanent population of 20800. It has jurisdiction over 3 administrative villages and 2 communities and is located at 248, Section 2, Furong South Road.

The origin of the name

There are many hills in the south of Changsha in history. According to the undulating hills, the ancient post road has ten li shops, such as xinkaipu, heishipu, datuopu and so on. Heishipu has become a long and famous place name in this area. Heishipu railway station was built in 1937, and heishipu bridge on Xiangjiang River is a super large bridge across Xiangjiang River in the southern section of the ring road in our city, which is named for its location in heishipu.

Evolution of organizational system

Heishipu street was originally under the jurisdiction of Datuo town. In 2012, Tianxin District abolished Datuo town and divided it into heishipu street, datuopu street and Xianfeng street. The newly established heishipu Street governs two communities and three villages, including Yili community, heishipu community, Heishi village, Jiufeng village and Pitang village.

Heishipu community

Heishipu community was established in May 2002. The community office is located on the first floor of Building 5, east of Poly Garden community, 229 Xiangfu West Road. The area covers an area of 0.72 square kilometers. It starts from the former baoziling table tennis factory in the north, reaches Huihong company's Central South Market in the south, faces Xiangjiang River in the west, reaches Shuxiang road in the East, and borders Guihuaping. It runs through Shuyuan South Road in the north and south, and is surrounded by Heishi village. There are 15 units in the jurisdiction.

Pitang Village

Pitang village, heishipu street, Tianxin District, Changsha City, is located in the South Gate of Changsha City, the main road of Changzhutan and Furong South Road in the East, CITIC new town in the south, Jingguang double track in the West and artillery School of National Defense University of science and technology in the north, with a total area of about 2 square kilometers. There are 11 villager groups in the village, and phase I and phase II resettlement communities are fully occupied.

Heishi Village

Heishi village is located in the South Gate of Changsha City, adjacent to the Xiangjiang River landscape belt in the west, Yili logistics park in the south, Xiangfu road in the East and the new organ compound of the provincial government. The total area of the village is 2997 mu, with 23 villager groups.

Jiufeng Village

Located in the center of Changzhutan Rongcheng District, it is also the core area of Tianxin District's new city. It is adjacent to Furong South Road in the East, Shuyuan South Road in the west, 5712 factory in the South and Xiangfu West Road in the north. Ring expressway, Heili road and Jiufeng road run through from east to west, and Shizhu road runs through from south to north, so the traffic is very convenient. The total area of the village is 3030 mu, with ten villager groups.
