Yunan Street

Yunan street belongs to Tianxin District, Changsha City, Hunan Province. It got its name from the old street "Yunan Street" in the area under its jurisdiction. The name of the street began in the early Republic of China, and was named because Yuli had great profits.

Yunan Street covers an area of 5.5 square kilometers and has a population of 68805 (in 2010). Under the jurisdiction of 11 communities, there are more than 80 enterprises and institutions, such as provincial power transmission and transformation construction company, provincial ultra-high voltage power transmission and transformation company, Changsha Electric Power Bureau, and Changsha third hospital.

Since 2006, the street has won the provincial "2003-2006 year Peace Street"; municipal comprehensive management work, Hongqi Street, urban management, advanced collective of unpaid blood donation work, district level "four good" section level leading group and "five good" Street Party Working Committee. In June 2007, Changpo community, as the only community in Hunan Province, was rated as the national advanced unit of people's mediation.

At that time, it had 18 neighborhood committees, including dachunqiao, shizichong, Jiefang village 1, Jiefang village 2, Dongguashan village 1, Dongguashan village 2, Dongguashan village 2, Dongguashan village 3, Yunan street, xinghuayuan, Baotashan, Nanzhan, huobashan, guduishan, Liema, xiangdongnan, Changpo village 1 and Changpo village 2. as of 2016, the street governs 11 communities.

Yunan Street Community

It is located in the south of the office, starting from Dongdian community in the East, Baotashan community in the west, shizichong community in the South and Baisha South Road in the north. It covers an area of 0.51 square kilometers, with a population of 4610 and 1881 households. Units in the community include Changsha Electric Power Bureau, Changsha Xingdian Property Management Co., Ltd., Changsha Shuguang primary school, Changsha electric equipment factory, etc. From the perspective of humanistic environment, the cultural level and moral quality of the residents are generally high, and they are easy to take the initiative to call on the government, which is the basis of creating a safe and characteristic community.

Xinghuayuan community

Founded on November 1, 2001, it is located on the west side of Shuyuan Road, reaching Shuyuan road in the East, nanhu road in the south, Dachun bridge in the north and Xiangjiang River in the west, covering an area of about 0.56 square kilometers. There are 1 schools, 1 health centers, 1 markets, 1 supermarkets, 3 regional units, 16 dormitory units, 2 residential buildings, 11 residential quarters and 871 registered residence households. The main roads are Shuyuan Road, nanhu road and Xiangjiang scenery belt, and the back streets are Nanhu Gangxiang Road, nanzhongli Road, Chayuan Lane Road, zaoziyuan road and lixinyuan road.

Changpo community

Located in the middle of Tianxin District of Changsha City, south of nanhu road, it is a residential community built in the 1990s due to demolition. The community is bounded by nanhu road in the north, Changsha University of technology in the south, Baisha garden in the East and guduishan Lane in the West. The total area of the community is 0.55 square kilometers, with 3285 households, 10328 permanent residents and 80 residential buildings. In 1990, 40% of the residents in the community were demolished, which is a pure residential area. There are 150 party members and 66 disabled people in the community. The community office building covers an area of more than 200 square meters, with a total of 860 square meters of four storey buildings. There are Party member activity room, citizen school, library, people's mediation court, elderly activity room, youth activity room, green Internet places, etc. in the community office building. Xiangdongnan community

The neighborhood committee is subordinate to the Yunan Street sub district office of Tianxin District, Changsha City. With a total area of about 0.27 square kilometers, the office is located on the first floor of Building 9, senyujiayuan, nanhu road. The transportation is convenient. You can take 101, 601, 804 and 901 to get there. The community is one of the large-scale pure residential communities in Yunan Street area, with 49 high-rise buildings, 2438 households and 4680 permanent residents. Established in July 2006, it is subordinate to Yunan Street sub district office of Tianxin District, adjacent to yangtianhu community, Yunan street community, Dongguashan community and xiangdongnan community. With an area of 0.5 square kilometers, there are two residential quarters, 69 residential buildings, 48 staff quarters of Changsha Electric Power Bureau, 12 staff quarters of provincial power transmission and Transformation Company and 9 staff quarters of provincial ultra high voltage Bureau. There are 2257 households, 5893 permanent residents, 441 floating population, 2 units under the jurisdiction, 37 individual business outlets, and 441 volunteers. It is located in the center of star city. It is adjacent to Laodong road in the north, xiangdongnan road in the South and xinyangtianhu, Yunan street community along Sicun street in the west, and yangtianhu community in the East. It covers an area of 0.5 square kilometers and has a green area of 1920 square meters. It is an old city with a long history. Establishment date: the neighborhood committee was established in 1978, and the community was established in 2001. In July 2006, Yunan Street carried out community integration. The former buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18 and 19 of Jiefang four village were zoned to shizichong community from 189 to 259 of Dongnan road. The new office building in the community has also been relocated from No. 5, Sicun street to No. 243, xiangdongnan road.

South Railway Station community
