Cikou Township

Cikou township is located in the east of Tongshan County, downstream of Fushui river. It is adjacent to Yangxin Longgang in the East, Dafan in the west, Yanxia in the South and Huangsha and Yangxin Dongyuan in the north. It integrates "reservoir area, mountainous area, old area and border area" and is known as the gateway of Shandong. In the autumn of 1999, after the reform of township system, Cikou township was formed by the merger of Cikou and Xiaquan. The rural area is 135.38 square kilometers (in 2017), including 50000 mu of water area and 6700 mu of cultivated land (including 1273 mu of paddy field).
