Taohuachong forest farm is a forest farm in the northeast of Yingshan County, Hubei Province. It is located in the hinterland of Dabie Mountain in the east of Hubei Province. In the same year, it passed the acceptance of national AAA scenic spot. In November 2010, it was upgraded to national AAAA scenic spot.

Forest resources
The forest farm has 3000 hectares of land and 42000 mu of mountain forest, including 38000 mu of forest land and 350000 cubic meters of forest stock. The forest coverage rate has reached 98% and the greening rate has reached 96%. There are more than 1100 kinds of vascular plants belonging to 530 genera and 160 families. The forest vegetation shows vertical distribution characteristics: the altitude above 1600 meters is the mountain top dwarf forest or Pinus taiwanensis, Rhododendron, Paulownia, etc.; the altitude above 1200 meters is the high mountain and remote mountain area, mainly the coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest composed of natural secondary forest, Quercus and Pinus taiwanensis. Pinus taiwanensis is mainly distributed in the area, and forms a large area of pure forest, with Rhododendron, Rubus, etc. as the undergrowth, and wild green grass as the main vegetation Below 1200 meters above sea level, there are mainly pure or mixed forests of Artificial Cunninghamia lanceolata, Pinus taiwanensis, Pinus massoniana, a small amount of slash pine, loblolly pine, and some natural oak secondary forests, the main trees are Cunninghamia lanceolata, Liquidambar formosana, Pinus taiwanensis, Quercus, etc., the lower trees are mainly small trees or shrubs such as Piper nigrum, Rhododendron, and the herbs are mainly Imperata, ferns, etc. There are a large number of ancient relict plants and rare species in the forest community, such as Pinus taiwanensis, Larix christinae, Ginkgo biloba, Metasequoia glyptostroboides, Xiangguo, Pterocarpus tatarinowii, tiannvhua, Liriodendron chinense, etc. The territory is rich in more than 100 kinds of precious medicinal materials, such as Gastrodia elata, Eucommia ulmoides, Magnolia officinalis, Panax notoginseng, Dendrobium, musk, Platycodon grandiflorum, known as the "first treasure house of medicinal materials" of Dabie Mountain. Animal resources include Swertia, civet, otter, kitten, wild boar, Caragana, pheasant, eagle, giant salamander, stone Caragana, Python and other national key protected animals. It is a unique treasure house of species in Dabie Mountain area.
