Zhuanyang Street

Zhuanyang Street office is a township level administrative unit under the jurisdiction of Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hubei Province, China. Zhuanyang street was originally a township level administrative unit in Caidian District. In 1996, it was transferred to Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone for trusteeship.

On December 16, 2019, it will be included in the list of the third batch of smart health elderly care demonstration streets (towns).

Historical evolution

With the development of the times, zhuanyang street has experienced several changes

(1) In 1996, the municipal government decided to entrust the management of Zhuankou and zhuanyang streets in Caidian District to Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone.

(2) In 2001, Zhuankou Street and zhuanyang Street merged to form Zhuankou Street.

(3) In 2013, according to the needs of the latest development of Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone, Zhuankou Street was divided into new Zhuankou Street and zhuanyang street.

Zhuanyang street is one of the three streets under the jurisdiction of Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone, which was adjusted and divided from the original Zhuankou Street in March 2013. It is located between the central and outer rings of Wuhan City, bordering Hanyang District in the East, Zhuankou Street in the south, Zhashan street in the west, Daji street across the lake in the north, and national highway 318, Beijing Zhuhai and Shanghai Chengdu highways crisscross it. The total area of the street is 58.5 square kilometers, with a total population of 115977. Under the jurisdiction of Xuefeng, permanent, Binhu, guoxuling, Bihu new village, Xinhua, Xinmin, Hongsheng, Lvdao, Jinhe, shengguandu, golden harbor, Dongfeng Sunshine City, Jiatai, Shuimu Qinghua, Aolin, jiangdayuan, Haibin City, qianlibei, Vanke, fengshuwan and other 21 communities.
