Pengjiawan township is located in the middle of Pingqiao District, adjacent to Huaihe River in the north, Yangshan New District of Xinyang City in the south, 107 National Highway in the west, Yanghe and Hudian Township in the East, Beijing Guangzhou railway, Beijing Zhuhai Expressway and Xinye expressway.
