Heying township is located 6 kilometers southwest of Xiayi County, adjacent to Chengguan town in the East, sanggu Township in the west, Guodian Township in the South and Liji town in the north, with a total area of 45.01 square kilometers and 38490 mu of cultivated land.

Heying township has flat terrain, fertile soil, mild climate and abundant rainfall. There are many rivers. Tuohe River and Maohe river cross the territory obliquely. Economics
