Rangli town

Located at the junction of Henan and Shandong provinces, Nianli Town, subordinate to Changyuan City, Xinxiang City, Henan Province, has a total area of 90.8 square kilometers (in 2019), belonging to warm temperate continental monsoon climate. As of 2018, the total population of Nianli town is 63275 and the cultivated land is 125000 mu. By 2019, Nianli town has jurisdiction over 30 administrative villages.

In 1958, a commune was set up. In 1983, the township was changed. In 1989, it was set up from niangli township. It was changed to Nianli town in 1996. Nianli town has been awarded the titles of "top 300 towns in China's investment environment", "top 100 towns in Henan Province", "advanced Party committee of six good in Henan Province", "famous town in Zhongzhou" and "key town in the construction of small towns". On July 28, 2017, Nianli town was selected as the second batch of small towns with Chinese characteristics. In July 2020, the National Patriotic Health Association confirmed Nianli town as a national health Township in 2019.

In 2019, the Gross Regional Product of niangli town will reach 3.76 billion yuan; the public financial revenue will reach 50 million yuan; seven projects with more than 100 million yuan of investment will be signed; the actual use of funds outside the province will reach 280 million yuan; the investment in fixed assets will reach 1.22 billion yuan; five "four up" enterprises will be put into storage; the total grain output will reach 93000 tons, and the per capita disposable income of residents will reach 20400 yuan.

Location context

Nianli town is located in the southeast of Changyuan City, Henan Province. It is adjacent to the Yellow River in the East and faces Dongming and Lankao across the river. The total area of the town is 90.8 square kilometers (in 2019), with 125000 mu of arable land.

topographic features

Nianli town is located in the southernmost part of the four beaches in Changyuan county. The terrain is high in the southeast and low in the northwest, high in the East and low in the West. Most of them are sandy and alkaline land, and there are some silt zones in the West and northwest.

Nianli town belongs to warm temperate continental monsoon climate, sunshine, temperature, precipitation, wind, with obvious seasonal changes. The main climatic characteristics are: dry in spring, windy and rainy, and the temperature rises quickly; hot and rainy in summer, and the temperature is high; cool in autumn, and the temperature difference is large; long, cold, and less rain and snow in winter.

In 1985, there were 290 organic wells, 1 main canal and 7 branch canals in Nianli Town, with a total length of 60 km and an effective irrigation area of 30000 mu. The total annual grain output was 13.4695 million kg, including 10.4105 million kg of summer grain, 61000 kg of cotton and 1.3821 million kg of oil. The total agricultural output value reached 20 million yuan, which is a "one water and one wheat" area. Transportation

Niangli town is located 15 kilometers east of provincial highway 213, east of Daguang Expressway, Changyuan Nengli highway obliquely passes through the northwest of the township, and youfangzhai Yellow River Ferry passes through wooden boats.
