Daxie market town

Daxieji Town, subordinate to Juye County, Heze City, Shandong Province, is located in the southeast of Juye County, bordering on Yangshan town of Jinxiang County in the East, mamiao town of Jinxiang County in the southeast, datianji town of Chengwu County in the south, Zhangxie town in the West and Dayi town in the north. The area is 74.91 square kilometers. In 2018, 64946 people registered residence.

In September 1958, Xieji commune was established. In 1981, it was renamed daxieji commune. In April 1983, daxieji township was abolished and daxieji town was established. In June 2020, 39 administrative villages will be under the jurisdiction of daxieji town.

In 2018, there were 41 industrial enterprises in daxieji Town, including 8 Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size and 266 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

Historical evolution

In the spring and Autumn period, it belonged to the state of Lu.

In the Qin Dynasty, it belonged to Changyi county.

Jin Dynasty, belongs to Juye County.

After 1949, it was Xieji District of the eighth District in Juye County.

In September 1958, Xieji commune was established.

In 1981, it was renamed daxieji commune.

In April 1983, daxieji township was abolished and daxieji town was established.

Qianchangyi

Peng Yue

Peng Yue (? - 196b.c.): zhongzi, a native of Changyi (now Southeast Juye) in the late Qin Dynasty. In his early years, he gathered people to hunt and fish in juyeze. In the first year of Hu Hai (209bc), Chen Sheng revolted against Qin. In the second year of Gaozu (205 BC), Liu and Xiang were locked in Xingyang. Peng Yue captured 17 cities such as Suiyang and waihuang, forcing Xiang Yu to return to the army. Peng Yue captured more than 20 cities near Changyi and obtained more than 100000 millet for Liu's military supplies. The fourth emperor of Gaozu (203 BC) joined Liu Bang in cuxia, defeated Xiang Yu and established himself as king of Liang Dynasty. In the 10th year of emperor Gaozu (197 BC), he was denounced by Emperor Gaozu for refusing to attack Chen Zhen. Later, he was denounced by Liang Taifu, and was dismissed as a common man.
